Workshop content: 1. Understanding the important knowledge of wine in social interaction 2. Learning how to read wine label 3. Identifying different common grapes 4. Learning the wine tasting process 5. Learning the wine producing regions 6. Learning basic knowledge of wine making 7. Tasting 6 types of wines: 2 red wines, 2 white wines , 1 sparkling wine, 1 dessert wine from different countries
Professional crystal wine glasses, ice and all equipment will be provided.
Food for pairing includes preserved egg, cheese, smoked salmon, siu mei & dessert.
